Please note these important requirements:

Unless they can swim about 1:30 for 100m, all newcomers should book the Wednesday class so that Garry can explain the drills and put them in the current level class. Garry will organise existing attendees as appropriate so please sign up for your current class.

Pricing is €50 pp (up €5 from last time)

All swimmers need to be able to swim 100m nonstop
Fins and hand paddles needed for all classes (available from all good sports retailers!)

All attendees must enter a time for a 100m swim. Garry will go through the times over the weekend and place you in the appropriate class for your level.
