As mentioned last week the run this week is at the UCC Sports Fields in Curraheen, commonly known as the UCC Farm. We will meet at the top of the two fields at 7:00pm. For anyone that doesn’t know where this is the location is here, follow the directions to the greyhound stadium and the entrance to the farm is just before you get to the stadium carpark.
I’m just very conscious that quite a few people will be doing the Cork Marathon, Half or the 10km, for that reason I’m tailoring the session as a sharpner for Sunday. The field that we will run in is just short of 800m round, about 700m. The plan would be to run the two long sides at pace and jog the short sides as recovery, doing 7 laps like this Hopefully we can get the groups back together on the recovery jog. Obviously it is up to each individual to decide the pace that suits them best
Session
Easy warm up

There is usually changing and toilet facilities on-site and there is plenty of parking inside by the dressing rooms. The session will start at 7:00pm sharp #. The surface is firm grass.
