Hope everyone who raced last weekend were happy with their races and enjoyed them. Usual health warning with these sessions you each have to balance your own race recovery and race preparation with the duration and intensity of the sessions.
We are back to the Munster Agricultural Society Showgrounds for September the location is here, it is just about 1km further out the Curraheen Road than the UCC Farm. The lower pin in the picture is the entrance. Noel O’Regan will be taking the sessions for the month of September we will have a review then about a location for the late autumn and winter. If the UCC track is available we may be going there, progress looks good on the laying of the track, it would seem to just have to be lined.
The meeting arrangements will be the same as our previous sessions at the Showgrounds, if going directly to the showgrounds be there at 6:30pm ready to run. Alternatively most of the runners met at the entrance to the UCC Farm at 6:15pm and left cars there and jogged out to the showgrounds together, a distance of approximately 1km.
