Back to our Wednesday run sessions after the Christmas break and the weather intervention. We are just going to make a small adjustment to the meeting arrangements for this block. Most people were coming directly to the Business and Technology Park and there were very few running from the Straight Road. So just to regularize things we are just having the one meeting point at the first roundabout in the business park at the slightly earlier time of 6:45pm. We will do an easy lap together as a warm up and then the strides lap before the session main set.

6 x 60m Strides
3 minutes at tempo with 1.5 minutes easy recovery jog
4 x 4 minutes at tempo with 2 minutes easy recovery
3 minutes at tempo

So just to restate as per the poster, meeting at 6:45pm at the first roundabout inside the Business and Technology Park on the Model Farm Road, this is close to the entrance to the Boston Scientific facility. There is a visitor carpark if you turn right at the roundabout and on the left about 250m down the hill.
All are welcome, because we run on a 1km loop no one gets dropped and the faster runners are not held up waiting for slower people. Please wear some reflective gear or some form of lighting.
