Wednesday Speed Session 29th May

Tough one this week, 3 x 1600m. This is a really hard set if done properly but also it is a really good conditioning session especially for those going longer. The difficulty is running on the edge, trying to maintain even pace across the 4 laps of each 1600m and also maintaining a good pace across the three intervals.

Usual meeting arrangements, the session will be on the back rugby pitch in the Ballincollig Regional Park. Best place to park is in the small carpark by the allotments, close to the start of the Ballincollig Park Run. The session starts at 7:00pm so try to get there a little early.
