Back up to 800s again this week 6 x 800m. Session will again be on the back rugby pitch in the Ballincollig Regional Park.

The best place to park is the small carpark by the start of the Ballincollig Park Run, the rugby pitch is just a couple of 100 metres from there. If the carpark is full there is additional parking available in the church carpark just outside the park gates.

The session starts at 7:00pm sharp please try to get there a few minutes early.
