Wednesday Speed Session May 8th

Noel O’Regan is taking the speed session this week. Same location as for the last two weeks on the back rugby pitch in the Ballincollig Regional Park (here). Best way to get there is to park in the small carpark by the start location for the Ballincolligh Park Run (here). We are keeping the at speed distance at 4000m so the session is 2 x 1600m and 1 x 800m at speed, 800m easy recovery jog after the two 1600s.
