Congratulations and well done to anyone who was running or tri-ing over the weekend. As we always say it is up to each individual athlete to manage their own race preparation and recovery as the coaches do not have full visibility of all of the race participation. But to be definite here, anyone who did the half marathon or especially the full they should not do the track session this week. Anyone who did the 10k could do the session or a slightly reduced session. The track is also a social occasion so for those who did the full or half, no harm in coming down and having an easy jog round the outer lanes and comparing war stories from Sunday.
The session is back to 400m repeats this week by 12. Anyone doing Schull on Saturday might want to consider dropping down to 8 or 10! Usual arrangements meet at about 6:50pm for the session starting at 7:00pm. Again if anyone is free to help with the timing, it would be much appreciated.
