Wednesday Track Session 17th May

Back to 400s this week but the number pushes up to 12 intervals. The “New to Track” sessions finished up last week so those who did those sets with Noel have the opportunity to join the main session this week. Remember that even though the session is nominally 12 repeats no one is obliged to do all 12. If you feel your fitness is not at that level yet, if you have a race this coming weekend or you are recovering from a race last weekend it is perfectly ok to do an abridged session. If you have any doubts have a chat with one of the coaches.

Usual arrangement apply, session starts at 7:00pm as soon as St Finbarr’s finish up and we need to be off the track by 8:00pm as there is a juvenile session on after ours. As last week it would be appreciated if someone not doing the session could help with the timing as we will likely have 5 groups this week.
