Last Run Alone Wednesday 4th January

Hope everybody had a good Christmas and New Year and are ready for the year ahead. This will be the last of the run alone sessions, we will be back to the club sessions on January 11th. Fairly straight forward suggestion for a session this week if people are still getting together to do an interval run.


Easy 2-3km warm up jog

5-6 strides

4 x 3 minutes at tempo (80%) with 90s easy recovery jog

3 x 4 minutes at tempo with 2 minute easy recovery jog

5 – 10 minutes easy cool down

Wear some Hi-Viz clothing if doing the session on the roads in the evening
