Definitely need the frosty poster image for this week if Met Eireann are to be believed, keep an eye on the WhatsApp posts, if there is any danger of ice on the roads we will have to cancel, if it’s just cold we’ll go ahead. We are going to push the time slightly up to 24 minutes at tempo, just a straight 6 x 4 minutes at tempo.
Usual meeting arrangements, for those who want a slightly longer run meet at the carpark on the Straight Road on the city side of the Kingsley Hotel at 6:30pm. Otherwise meet at the first roundabout inside the Business and Technology Park on the Model Farm Road at 6:50pm. Please try to wear some form of small light or Hi-Viz clothing.

Easy run from the Straight Road to the Business park on the Model Farm Road, alternatively try to get to the business park a little early and squeeze in a warm-up lap
6 x 60m strides
6 x 4 minutes at tempo with 2 minute easy recovery jog
Run back to the Straight Road through Farranlea Park if you started from there
