Rolling round to repeat 1600s again this week. A key session for anyone going long. Usual format for the session with the main set at 3 x 1600m with 800 easy jog recovery. Meet at the usual time and place at the gate to the track behind the pavilion. Be there for about 6:50pm, session starts at 7:00pm.

Please register in advance on Eventbrite here. Even though we are well into the season the track session is suitable for all levels of runners, we divide up into groups of roughly equal ability, no one is left behind.
