Four hundreds again this week, 12 reps with 200m recovery jog between. As usual suggesting people should be logging their efforts as we move through the iterations and looking for improvements. Meet at the back of the Pavillion at 6:50pm in advance of the session.

Don’t forget to balance your session with weekend racing. If you are racing this coming Saturday I would not recommend doing a full 12 reps, cut it down to about 5 or 6, if you are racing on Sunday you could do up to 10. If you are recovering from a session last weekend judge your own state of recovery and balance your effort against level of fatigue, only you know!
