Track Session Wednesday 29th June

Just to break up the season and give people an opportunity to establish a marker we will have a 5000m time trial this week. We will endeavor to have the race clock at the track side.

For the session we will go through the normal warm-up and strides then into the 5km.

To use it properly as a season marker it is better to set a target based on your previous 5k PB or based on your track sessions to date and try to run evenly over the full distance.

Usual meeting arrangements at about 6:50pm at the back of the pavillion by the track entrance gate. Please register as usual here on Eventbrite.
