The sequence rolls around to 1600s again. Remember the key to this session is keeping the times even across the three 1600s and across each of the four 400s in each 1600m This doesn’t mean going easy, as a guide you should be cruising the first one working hard across the second and giving all to hold the pace on the last rep. Next week we will have a 5000m time trial
Usual arrangements meeting at about 6:50pm at the back of the pavillion by the entrance gate to the track. We don’t go in until St Finbarrs finish their session. For anyone who need them there are dressing rooms and showers in the pavillion, we wouldn’t recommend leaving valuables in the dressing rooms, take a gear bag onto the track.
