Back to 400s this week for a new block, again people should be monitoring their progress over the season this will be the 4th round of 400s, are you seeing an improvement? We will go through this full block 4s 800s and 1600s and then there will be a 5km track time trial on Wednesday 29th June. For anyone doing Schull on Saturday, maybe don’t do the full twelve 400s maybe 8 or 10. If you did the full marathon or even the half don’t do any speedwork this week, if you like the company come down do the warm up but just jog round no 400s!
