Why is there a universal groan when we say the week’s session will be a set of 800s? Well anyway groan away through 5 x 800m with 400m recovery jog. Again everyone should be keeping a record of their own times and logging the hoped for improvement across the season.

Usual meeting arrangements, the session starts at 7:00pm sharp so meet behind the pavillion near the track entrance. There is very limited parking in the Mardyke but there is some street parking and the carpark on the Straight Road is just a short jog away.
