After last week’s mixed distance session we are back to 400s for this week. The number goes up a bit from the first week to 10 reps. As mentioned at the start you should try to keep a record of your own times and look for improvement across the season.
Usual arrangements for the evening, meet a little before 7:00pm by the back of the pavillion at the track entrance. There is very limited parking in the Mardyke grounds and the security have been a little bit strict over the last couple of weeks. There is some on street parking and the carpark at the end of the Straight Road is just a short jog/walk away. Alternatively cycle or run to the session as a warm-up.
