Week two of the hill sessions in Tramore Valley Park with Trevor Mahoney. Session starts at 7:00pm sharp meet a little earlier than that at the weighbridge just to the left inside the main gate. Come ready to run. There is plenty of parking inside the park.
There are two ways to access the park on foot or by bike other than the main gate:
- Via Half Moon Lane off the South Douglas Road next to Christ the King Secondary school
- Via the Eastern Park Walkway, adjacent to Willow Park, close to Gaelscoil na Duglaise
