Heading east this week with the coffee stop planned for Ballyseedy Garden Centre.
Brendan will be leading the short route this week at an easy pace so this is ideal for beginners.
The route is roughly 50km but flat with just the one short climb.
Meeting at Lapps Quay for a 9.00am sharp departure as usual.
