CTC AGM 5th Nov 2021 – Registration and Agenda

The club AGM will be held at the Imperial Hotel on Friday evening November 5th. The room has a limit of 50 people and will be set up as per HSE guidelines

We plan on streaming the AGM live via Zoom.

AGENDA

  • 7.30pm AGM
    • Review of current year
    • Review of accounts
    • Election of committee for 2022 (based on advance nominations)
    • Review of motions/amendments to club constitution
  • 9:00pm Mingle at bar! 

Committee Roles: As in previous years, we will not look for committee nominations on the night. Instead, we ask interested parties to advise their interest in advance. A full list of the committee position with description is included in the here. Existing committee members may choose to continue in their role for another year and will need to be formally nominated at AGM. Another club member can also apply for the same position. So, if you are interested in taking up one of the positions please e-mail admin@corktri.com. The club is a completely volunteer run club with no paid positions. If you have not been involved in any committee role please consider taking on something! Everyone involved is also an active athlete.   The main committee meets once per month.

Motions: Any proposed change to the Constitution by a member must be received by the Chairperson or Secretary at least [8] days prior to the date of the AGM in order that members shall have sufficient notice of the proposal.  At the discretion of the Chairperson, amendments not submitted at least [8] days prior to the AGM, may be proposed by any member present at the AGM and voted upon. Please advise by e-mail to admin@corktri.com any motions/proposals/resolution you wish to have discussed/voted upon at the meeting.
