Registrations are now open for the autumn/winter swim sessions. There will be one session in Leisureworld Bishopstown from 8:00-9:00pm on Tuesday evenings. These will start on October 26th and run for 8 weeks until December 14th, cost for the 8 weeks is €40. The swim will have two different elements, Brian Clifford will coach a training session in 4 of the lanes and Adrian Quinn will take two lanes for stroke development. There is separate registration for these and no switching between the two, register here for the training session with Brian and here for stroke development with Adrian.
There is also a morning session in Leisureworld Churchfield at 7:00-8:00am on Thursdays, this will start on October 28th and run for 8 weeks to December 16th, cost is again €40. This is mainly a training session with some drills and stroke development particularly in this block to Christmas. The session will be coached by Brendan O’Neill and registration is here.
