Track Session September 15th

Back round to a session of 800s again. For some reason this is not the most popular of sessions but it is a one of the best sessions to work hard on. As usual anyone racing at the weekend needs to balance what they do on the track on Wednesday against how well they recover for a race on Saturday. I would not recommend a full set of 800s for anyone racing. For those racing Sunday there is a bit more time for recovery.

Usual arrangements, meeting by the Pavilion before 7:00pm and entering by the side gate when St Finbarr’s leave. We leave by the large gate on the first bend after the session, we need to have cleared the track before the junior club come in at 8:00pm. Anyone going needs to register on Eventbrite here.
