Back to 400s probably for the last time this year as the track sessions will finish up at the end of September. For anyone racing on Saturday they need to do a reduced set rather than the full 12 intervals. It’s up to each individual to assess how much they can do without impairing performance on Saturday, I would recommend no more than 6 x 400m.
Usual format for the session, meet at the Pavilion just before 7:00pm, enter through the side gate when St Finbarr’s finish up. Exit by the large gate on the first bend at 8:00pm.
