Transition is often called the 4th discipline in triathlon (quadrathlon?). For many beginners it can be the most intimidating part of their early triathlons. ” What do I bring, how do I get stuff there, how do I manage the changes between events”.
Practising transition skills can literally save minutes in a race, which would need a huge amount of training to get the same benefit….so why not do both 🙂
