Back to 800s this week, everybody’s favourite! Session will be 6 x 800m with 400m recovery jog in between. There is no New to Track Group but those registered in that session will be integrated into the main session. So as before we will warm up in three separate pods and then go to 4 pace groups for the session.
The 800s should be about 2s slower per lap than last week’s 400s. Try to get some improvement on your 800m time from the last iteration of 800s. Keep the time even across the session.
Meet at the usual place just by the pavillion and enter the track at 7:00pm when St Finbarr’s are finished. Exit promptly at 8:00pm by the gate on the first bend. Noel, Feidhlim and Martin will be taking the session this week.
