Ahead of our return to training next week we have taken delivery of new equipment as a result of funding provided by the sports capital grant program 2019. The grant covered 95% of the total cost which came to just over €2000. We now have a new Kayak with life vest and tow line, marine radios, race buoys, swim paddles and fins. It takes an incredible amount of time and paperwork to apply for this grant so thank you to all those who assisted. We have made a further application for funding as part of the 2021 Sports capital grant program and we should hear back this summer.
