Run Alone; Week Beginning 23rd November

Pushing the time at tempo up a little to 20 minutes this week. Hopefully people are getting out a few time a week and managing to keep in shape. With any luck in a week or so we may be able to get together in small groups for some open-air training, not too long to hang in!


5-10 minute easy warm up jog

5 – 6 strides (about 80%)

5 x 4 minutes at tempo with 2 minute easy recovery jog

10 minute easy cool down
