Run Alone Session; Week Beginning Nov 2nd

Hope people are managing to get out for a run a few times a week. As we said there will be a suggested tempo session posted every week at least until the end of the current Level 5 restrictions, we will review again then.


Easy 5 -10 minute easy warmup

5-6 60m strides

3 x 4 minutes at tempo with 2 minute easy recovery jog

2 x 3 minutes with 90s easy recovery jog

10 minute cool down

When doing the session please follow the Level 5 guidelines and do not train in a group. Be aware of other users of the space where you are doing the session.
