Starting Tuesday 27th Oct @6:30pm Adam Doyle (DT Fitness/Endure2Perform) will be running a Strength and core session online on Zoom.
The club finances are funding the cost of these classes, so they are free to members. The classes will run every Tuesday evening at 6:30pm for the next five weeks, so hopefully see us chiselled coming out of lockdown!
The session will be 40-45mins in duration and requires no equipment.
