CTC have arranged for Aidan Hammond (Level 3 Cycling Ireland Coach / Level 2 Coach Tutor) to run 2 bike skills workshops on Sunday the 27th Sept.
Starting Location: Nemo Rangers GAA car park on South Douglas road.
Cost: €10pp CTC members only
Intermediate Session: 9-11:30am
Aimed at those new to group cycling or nervous cycling in close proximity to other riders, more detail on the registration page, above.
Advanced Session: 12-2:30pm
Aimed at those who are already experienced cyclist and comfortable in group rides but looking to fine tune their skills and learn how to ride safely in a group at higher speeds. This is ideal for our current group ride leaders. It will also touch on aspects of what is required to bridge across to any form of close proximity group bike racing.
