Everyone’s favourite session this week, 800s! Andrew O’Leary will take the track session tomorrow night. Noel will also hold the “New to Track” set. Session is of course at the Sonia O’Sullivan track in the UCC sports grounds on the Mardyke
Usual arrangements, you must register in advance here. Please don’t register unless you are sure you can go, we have had a flurry of late cancellations for some of the events recently and it is not really fair. Also these events are confined to members only during the current restrictions. Meet at point D on the aerial photograph, just outside the track fence. Try to get there at about 6:55pm ready to run. We are tightly confined to the one hour so try to get in a short warm-up jog before getting there. Please observe social distancing while waiting
