This week sees the return of the skills and safety focus. By popular demand we are starting with a simple one but something that is frustrating for others and considered down right bad form if persisted with and that is half wheeling. This is essentially making sure when on the front of the group you ride in line with the person beside and don’t keep creeping ahead (inadvertently or otherwise!). Attached is a little explanatory video.
For the last bank holiday of the year we will head towards Midleton before the coffee stop in Ballyseedy. Departing from City Hall at 9.00am sharp. As always all are welcome but if you are not a current CTC member please make yourself known to one of the ride leaders so we can get the guest sign-on sheet completed. This is a requirement of our insurance through Triathlon Ireland. Remember membership for 2020 is now open through the TI website. Thanks to this weeks ride leaders.
