Spin class resume on Leisureworld Bishopstown the first week of October. Classes use Stages Flight power meter bikes and will include FTP tests to ensure everyone works in appropriate zones.
Starting 1st and 3rd October.
Unfortunately, Tom will not be able to lead this block of classes, details as follows:
Tuesdays @7pm with Siobhan Devlin
Thursday @ 6pm with Mark McManus/others
Thursday @7pm with Mark McManus/others
Cost 50e for 10 weeks.
