Track Session Wednesday 15th June

Athletics Track_UCCBack up to 1600m repeats this week with the option of either 3 or 4 1600s.  Recovery is a full 400m jog between.  This is probably one of the toughest sessions but ideal race preparation.  Important to try to maintain even pace across the 4 laps and across all of the 1600s.  Weather wise looks like the evening will be the best part of the day warm with no rain.  As usual meet at 7:00pm, on the Sonia O’Sullivan Track at the UCC grounds on the Mardyke, usual format for the session, warm up, stretch, strides, main set and cool down.
