Keeping with the cycle, it is back to 800s again this week. Usual option depending on fitness level either five or six 8s. Again people should be keeping a record of their average times across the reps and looking at comparisons as we repeat the distances. Anyone who does the John Buckley 5km the previous evening should be careful and tailor the Wednesday session accordingly. Usual start time of 7:00pm at the Sonia O’Sullivan track on the UCC grounds at the Mardyke.
