If you haven’t done so already, now is definitely the time to start rising from the slumber after last season. Getting a routine going again can be challenging, particularly at this time of the year. One of the best ways to get back into the training habit is positive peer pressure from your clubmates. Weekly training sessions within the club have been going strong since the start of November. A number of the sessions are now starting up again for spring, making it the perfect time to dust off the gear and get involved. The following sessions will be available for registration for another week or two. However turbo is starting back on Jan 5th so don’t delay!
