The registration dates for the Cork Tri Races are as follows
King of the Hill (Kinsale) Race Date July 26th 2014
Race Number: 350 (plus relays)
First registration Date: Wednesday 5th march at 8:00am
Second Registration Date: Wednesday 2nd April at 8:00pm
Lost Sheep (Kenmare) Race Date August 30th 2014
Race Number: 400
First registration Date: Wednesday 30th April at 8:00am
Second Registration Date: Wednesday 14th May at 8:00pm
Registrations are through the Triathlon Ireland website
Both races are National Series races this year and the Lost Sheep is the Irish Middle Distance Championship race.
