There was a great turnout for the first beginner cycle a couple of weeks ago. There will be another beginner cycle this coming Sunday Feb 2nd, as usual there will probably two groups a faster longer spin for the more experienced and a slightly shorter route for the beginners. There will be an experienced club member to accompany the beginners. Even though the weather is foul for most of the weekend it is expected that there will be a window of good weather for Sunday morning. Remember bring spare tube(s) pump or gas canister and a few euro for a cup of coffee and scone plus some water/sports drink in your bottle cage.
