11-13 500m Run 1.6km Cycle 500m Run
14-16 800m Run 3.2km Cycle 800m Run
This is a Charity Event in aid of Kenmare Family Support Centre
What to Bring? Helmet, bike with pumped tires, water bottle, towel
Course Details: Cycle on track ( Racer Bikes not recommended ), run on grass.
Safety: All entrants must wear helmets on the cycle. There will be a
bike check to make sure that bike is safe to ride.
Note: Age category is determined by age on 31st December 2013
