There have been a few requests for a “Beginner Swim” at the lake in Iniscarra. A few of the more experienced members will do a swim with beginners the Inislena on the lake at Iniscarra on Thursday 5th July. Remember anyone doing the swim …should be competent to do at least 1000m-1500m in a pool. This is not for novice swimmers but for those inexperienced in open water. Swim at 7.00pm but come early to get a little instruction and assigned a “mentor”. Swimmers must wear wetsuits. Map to the location at the lake below.
