Joyce smashed the Irish Ironman record last year but is taking it a little lighter this year. She qualified and raced the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii in 2010 and was voted Triathlon Ireland Athlete of the year in 2011. She has been at the pointy end of the Triathlon scene for many years and has very kindly agreed to give us a little of her time for an informal Q&A session.
