The Summer TT runs from May until August.

The Wednesday run moves to the Sonia O’Sullivan track behind the Mardyke arena at 7pm from April until October.

The pool swim & S/C sessions run from October until May.

The Aquathon series is every second Thursday from June to August.

Unofficial Club Training

There are a number of unofficial training groups within the club who hold sessions on a regular basis.  People are welcome to enquire about and join in, where appropriate, with these sessions.  The club will take no responsibility for any of these sessions.

Mardyke swim group – Mon, Wed and Friday morning @ 7.00am in the Mardyke Arena.  2 fast lanes, one slower lane that will be implementing sessions from the club training programme.  No coach, self regulated

Open Water swims – There is an enthusiastic bunch of open water swimmers within the club who organise regular swims often followed by tea and biscuits.  Details can be found here.
