Kenmare

1.2mile Swim, 52 mile Cycle, 13 mile run.

The Lost Sheep 2006 is now closed for entry as the race is full.
Please refer to the 2006 course to the left for course information.
The course is similar to that used in 2004/2003 races.
The cycle is reduced to 52 miles due to safety reasons.

- There is no waitlist available.
- No substitutions are allowed. Photo ID will be required at registration.
- Partial refund of 50% is allowed up to the end of May. And 25% up to the end of July.
- The race briefing doc will be sent out 2 weeks before the race.

- Relay teams are by invitation only.
