1.2mile Swim, 56 mile Cycle, 13 mile run.

Congratulations to everybody that took part in this years race. Once again, it was a great success with almost 300 people taking part over an incredibly tough course.
Well done to the Gavin Noble and Lisa Horgan, winners of the Male and Female races.
