Wednesday Speed Session July 3rd

A really good session last week with people working very hard a bit more intensity with the pace. Everyone is being very proactive in balancing their pre-race preparation and post-race recovery in terms on the number and intensity of the repetitions that they are taking on. So we are back to 800s again this week and again dropping from our usual six down to five so that the intensity for these can also be upped a bit.

The session will take place in our recent location at the back rugby pitch in the Ballincollig Regional Park and it starts at 7:00pm sharp. The easiest access to the location is from the small carpark by the Ballincollig Community Allotments , this is just behind the “new” church in Ballincollig. Please arrive a little early as the carpark is about 4-500m from the carpark.
