Wednesday Speed Session June 26th

Back to 400s again this week, I know its gets a bit repetitious but worth saying again; at this time of year each individual athlete has to balance recovery from a previous weekend’s race and preparation for the coming weekend, in some cases both. It is particularly important for those who are doing races on successive weekends.

Usual summer arrangements, the session starts at 7:00pm sharp on the back rugby pitch in the Ballincollig Regional Park. The best place to park is in the small carpark by the Ballincollig Community Allotments, just by the start point of the Ballincollig Park Run. Try to get there a little early as the rugby pitch is about 500m from the carpark.
