Wednesday Track Session 26th July

The sessions roll back around to 400s again this week. Hopefully people are keeping a note of the times they are running for the various distances as we rotate through the various distances. There has been some good adjustments from people moving either up or down through the ability groupings. You will get a much better session if you are running with a group that stretches you but from which you are not dropping off.
