Wednesday Track Session 21st June

Instead of the normal intervals we will be having a 5km time trial this week. As usual it is up to individual athletes to decide where they are with race recovery and race preparation. In terms of preparation with Jailbreak not on until Sunday this week there should be plenty of time for recovery. Fairly normal preparation in that there will be a warm up, dynamic stretch and strides then the 5k TT.
