Wednesday Track Session May 3rd

Back to 800s this week, 5 x 800m. Usual format for the session, warm-up, dynamic stretch, strides and then the main set. Runners should expect to see about 2-3s extra per lap over their 400m times assuming the weather conditions are not drastically different.

Session starts at 7:00pm after the St Finbarr’s Session, so plan to arrive at about 6:50pm. Also the Watergrasshill Juveniles are on the track after us so we need to be off the track promptly at 8:00pm
